Unleash the Beast is the 13th studio album by English heavy metal band Saxon, and was originally released in 1997. It was their first studio album with Doug Scarratt on guitar.

New Wave of British Heavy Metal icons Saxon enjoyed a highly unexpected return to favour among metal heads at the time. The album represented the group's gradual rehabilitation process as they returned to the core and were doing what they do best: play heavy metal! Standout tracks on this album include Terminal Velocity, Circle of Light and The Preacher.

Unleash the Beast made it possible for Saxon to tour America for the first time in almost a decade, and thus contributed to their steady climb back into the hearts of the metalheads, leading to even more widespread success in the new millennium.

Unleash the Beast is available as a limited edition of 1,000 individually numbered copies on gold coloured vinyl and includes an insert. This special edition contains an additional and exclusive cover print.
