Having kick-started his solo career with two of the most acclaimed albums of recent years, former Czars singer John Grant returns with a third effort, Grey Tickles, Black Pressure. The record was recorded in Dallas with producer John Congleton (St Vincent, Franz Ferdinand, Swans) - coincidentally the same state of Texas where Grant nailed his 2010 debut Queen Of Denmark in the company of Midlake.

Promising further development of the electronic tinges which lit up 2013'€™s Pale Green Ghosts, the record has already been sampled through No More Tangles and (the inappropriately titled) Disappointing - while fans who attended last November’s UK tour will also recognise the likes of Global Warming, Black Blizzard and Geraldine.
