Mike is an 18-year-old rapper from the Bronx, New York. Emerging from a new wave of DIY underground hip hop in the city, he couples hazy bars full of personal narrative and skewed observations with gritty, sample-heavy beats that feel kindred with some of the genres' greats including J Dilla, MF DOOM and Madlib.

After a string of low-key releases including the acclaimed May God Bless Your Hussle, which brought much praise from the likes of Pitchfork, FADER and the New Yorker, Mike now presents this new entirely self-produced EP By the Water - his first release with House Anxiety.
