All payments are made via Paypal at the time of ordering, you don’t need an account with them, you can check out as a guest, we don’t have access to any of your card details, this makes us very secure.
We also accept RECORD TOKENS as full or part payment for orders, this takes place at checkout. You can check your balance here.
In stock items are shipped sameday wherever possible. Items which are available from our suppliers take 2/3 working days to ship, these are shown as “Ships In 2/3 Days” on the website. We'll send you an e-mail when we ship your item(s).
Pre-order items are shipped in order to arrive on the official release date (Usually a Friday) which is shown at the time of the order. Please be aware, sometimes release dates change at short notice, we will do our best to keep you informed of any release date changes.
We ship domestic orders by Royal Mail, and overseas orders by Air-mail.

Europe – 5-8 Working Days
USA/Canada – 7-14 Working Days
ROW – 7-21 Days
Click and Collect orders, you will receive an e-mail when item(s) are ready to collect, if you order more than one item, they may be available to collect at different times, so you may get more than one e-mail, we’re more than happy to hang on until your entire order has arrived.
RETURNS and ORDER ISSUES
Sometimes items go astray, if you haven’t received items within the estimated time (as above), please let us know, but be aware that the Postal Service doesn’t consider items to be missing until 14 Days have passed in the UK, and longer Overseas.
If you want to return an item as unwanted or damaged/faulty, or any other errors, please drop us an e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you further instructions. We would appreciate it if you did this before making any actual return so that we can give accurate instructions.
If you wish to CANCEL an order, you should e-mail us as soon as possible email@example.com and we will sort this out for you
