Head Carrier is the second post-reunion album from indie legends Pixies, and the sixth of their career. Paz Lenchantin, the band's touring bassist since early 2014 (and previously a member of A Perfect Circle, Zwan and The Entrance Band, amongst others) is now a permanent member, and her cool vocals can be heard on the record, most notably on All I Think About Now, on which she takes the lead.
