Eddy Mitchell, whose career started as early as 1960, is the most important French adapter and interpreter of American rock '€˜n'€™ roll and popular songs. Long before The Rolling Stones and The Beatles, Eddy Mitchell introduced to the French public unavoidable American artists such as Chuck Berry, Eddie Cochran, Elvis Presley, Gene Vincent, Little Richard and Bill Haley, among so many others.

This double-LP contains 36 original selections: 18 original versions by their creators and 18 original French adaptations by Eddy Mitchell.
